Clean your skin and the stone. Apply body oil so the stone glides smoothly.
During your ritual
Keep the flat side against the skin and let the curved edges follow the body. Use gentle pressure and avoid wounded skin.
After your ritual
Clean the stone with warm water and soap, or a little alcohol. Store it safely: natural stone is fragile. Keep it away from children.
